Adsense is a great program, if you run a content based website, then it can effectively offer you 'free money'. Basically just by placing Google's AdSense code on your site you can make money from anyone who clicks through on any one of those ads.
This is great and most website owners end-up applying for the AdSense program. Once approved the tendency is to log into your account, chose a few ad formats, place them on your site and wait for the money to start rolling in... or not...
The truth is that AdSense is extremely easy to implement (you just copy the text from Google's website and paste it into your own site). But it's actually fairly complex to get right. That's why many website owners feel very, very disappointed when they reach the end of the first month and little money has come through.
Partly this is because displaying ads on your site is a numbers game... The more people you have coming to your site the more likely it is that they will click on the ads on your site. Typically you will get a click-through rate of between 1% and 5% (ie for every 100 people who visit your site only between 1 and 5 of them will click on an ad). You can improve this number by altering the layout of your ads (ie ad size, font colours and border colours) where plain ads that actually resemble the overall look and feel of the text on your site tend to perform best. Basically you're trying to make the ads merge in with the content of your site so that they do not look like ads. That's why some of the more unusual ad sizes can look better than the standard 'banner' style of ads.
Obviously you also need to look after your SEO. You need to build more links so that more people find your website and see your pages (remember that earning income from ads is a numbers game, the more people who visit your site, the more clicks you get).
However, it's also often forgotten that each ad is worth a certain amount of money and only pays you a certain amount for each click. You want to get ads to your site that will entice your visitors to click on them and which will earn you the most income. This is why you need to pay particular attention to how your website is indexed and the keywords you have.
Your keywords should always be related to your site's content, however some keywords are better at getting high-paying ads than others. Also , the google bots index the whole of your site and if you have a complex page with lots of links this may not be a good thing.
The links and other text you have may lead to areas of your site and topics that are not related to the main focus of the page they're on (this is particularly true of portal sites and forums and article sites) and this is where Google provides tools to help you. One of the most important of these is a series of tags:
text of section
This tells Google that the text between those tags is the most important part of a web pate. Now, the remainder of the page won't be ignored but whatever's between those tags will be given extra weighting. Google recommends that you include at least 20% of a page's content in those sections and you certainly can't use it to just highlight certain words and phrases. But if your page is complex and especially if your page design puts some of the main navigation elements before the main content it can be very powerful.
If, however, you want certain text on your pages to be ignored completely for ad indexing you can use the following tags:
<!-- google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) -->
text of section
Using these tools can help you dramatically help the focussing of ads on your site and this can help your click-through rates and incomes.

Make Money With Adsense: Do's and Don'ts
In addition to the general rules published by Google, you should be aware of the common sense approach to any advertising medium. In order to make money with Adsense, for example, you need to comply with the Google directive that mandates that you create web sites that sell products, not just web sites that sell Google ads. In other words, with Google, content is king. However, unless you have a website that is designed for shock value, red type fonts on a black background is going to be difficult to read. Set your general layout and appearance to blend with the theme of your web pages.
Do follow the Rules
As with any action, in order to make money with Adsense, you need to understand and follow the rules that have been published about using Adsense. Do take the time to read and fully comprehend what you are doing rather than wasting your time and efforts developing a web site with associated Adsense ads that is clearly in violation of the rules. Saying 'Click here to increase my Adsense revenue' is a definite no-no according to the Google rules. It is also a guaranteed way to turn off potential customers.
Do Concentrate on Content
Those publishers who make money with Adsense are the ones who take care to provide web pages that are rich in content. They make certain that the content includes keywords and synonyms for the keywords that fit the subject and that are used in the proper manner to convey information. If your web pages are those on a subject that you know a great deal about, you can compose the content yourself. If you aren't too certain about format, ask for professional help in optimizing the content.
Don't Bite Off More Than You Can Chew
Some people who set out to make money with Adsense have been led to believe that you can set up one web site, place a few ads and within a matter of minutes, be earning income that will allow you to quit your day job and retire to Costa Rica. The reality is usually far different. However, don't make the mistake of thinking if one web site is good, fifty would be better. Especially when you are learning the ropes, don't try to do too much at once. You will end up doing a less than satisfactory job on everything.
Don't Reinvent the Wheel
Many good tutorials have been written about how to make money with Adsense. When you are just learning the ropes, take the time to understand why you are doing what you are doing. After you have mastered the basics, then you can tweak things to your heart's content. You can certainly find new and different ways of doing almost anything, that's what the spirit of innovation is all about, but you will probably get off to a better start if you take time to do things the standard way at least to begin with. As long as you continue to study and learn new methods, your revenue will continue to keep pace.

Google Adsense and How You Can Earn More From Adsense Ads
Any web site owner or webmaster who is trying to earn a profit from their sites are likely familiar with Google Adsense.
Google Adsense is a great and easy way to make money from your site if it is done right. Adsense will allow any person with a blog or an informative site to earn money, simply by placing a little code on their site pages. Rather than trying to figure out exactly what ads to put on their web pages, Adsense gives web site owners the ability to concentrate on their sites content.
Many webmasters are able to make a living from Adsense, however, there are also quite a few who spend all their time just trying to figure out the "magic trick" used to earn from Google Adsense. Earning a living from Google Adsense ads, can seem difficult, but it's not impossible.
If Google Adsense is going to be your only source of income, you will want to do more than just taking some Adsense code and placing it on your site. That is just not enough; you will need to do some experimenting, with placements, formats and choice of keywords.
You really should take care to build your page around a specific topic or keyword that is relevant to your site concept. This will ensure that any Adsense ads which are placed on this page are appropriate and useful to any visitors who want to know more about the topic and they will more than likely end up clicking on the Adsense ad.
You will want to take care where you place your ads. It has been proven that visitors often first look to the top left of a website when they arrive. Because this is were your visitors attention is likely to first, it is going to be one place where you might want to consider placing some ads. You can read the Google help on the Adsense website to learn more about the best locations for placing your adverts.
Another consideration when placing your ads, is to put them on high traffic pages. You can identify the pages visited most on your site by taking a look at your logs or your Google account, where you will get the page-by-page details of your visitors.
Although the skyscraper and banner ads may look good on your site, you may want to avoid using them. Often times, banners are ignored. For example, have you clicked on any banners of sites that you have visited lately?
You will want to blend your Adsense ads into your web page by using the Adsense formats. Google supplies a variety of palettes allowing you to change font colors, borders and backgrounds. There really isn't much point in putting an ad on a page if it doesn't blend with your site.
A very important resource that many webmasters ignore is the Adsense preview tool. This tool will allow you to preview the ads that will go on each of your pages and gives you sample ads and formats. Here is where the destination of your ads can be checked, as well as, geo targeted locations.
Remain focused on what it is that you want to achieve. However busy you may be, you must take some time and experiment with your Adsense ads so that CTR can improve. No matter what the experts say, just follow the basics, that's the real magic to making more from Gooogle Adsense.

3 Steps For Greater Advantage with Pay Per Click
There are more and more people who are obsessed in ranking highly in search engines. The reason is actually more than just driving traffic into their website and appearing first among their competitors. In reality, you will have the best chances of increasing the profit and ROI of your business when you have a very good position in search engine results.
One of the effective and proven methods to accomplish this is through a pay per click campaign. This technique will guarantee you of a strategic position not only in search engine results pages but also in their other channels. This way, you can make the most out of your search engine positioning and increase the ROI that comes into your business.
How to Do It Right
Primarily, PPC is more than just choosing the right keywords for your business. You also have to take into consideration how much you’re willing to pay for each campaign to ensure that you don’t drain your advertising budget. Here are some of the best ways to do a PPC:
1. Make use of keyword suggestion tools. There are a number of keyword suggestion tools that you can use for your PPC, and they don’t cost you anything. You need them so you can best choose the keywords that will not only display your site in search engine results but will also drive your targeted customers to your landing page.
Nevertheless, you should have the ability to judge these keywords as not all of them are actually very efficient in increasing your ROI. Keep in mind that you’re not after for traffic only. More than anything else, you are looking for ideal ways to increase your revenues. If you don’t know how to evaluate the power of your keywords, have a professional, or a PPC team, to help you out with this one.
2. Test your keywords and phrases. Perhaps one great advantage of PPC is that you don’t have to wait for days or even months before you can see yourself in search engine results. As soon as your campaign is already prepared, even the day after, you’d be able to see your ads. However, it’s not advisable to proceed with the campaign without having your keywords tested first. Why? Again, you are spending your money here. If the keywords and phrases you’ve chosen are not that efficient, it will bring down your ROI. Rather than wasting your energy and finances on them, it’s better to go through the time-consuming process of testing and changing them whenever necessary.
But where do you exactly make this testing? Fortunately, you have a variety of choices. You can always try it in search engines, such as Google. Another possible area can be Enhance Interactive.
3. Bid on being at least on the top 3 for a particular keyword phrase. If you want to be truly competitive, then you have to make sure that you don’t settle being in the lowest. You must always aspire to belong in any of the top 3 positions for your keywords. This is also one of the reasons why you need to perform some testing. You need to see if the keyword you’ve chosen will allow you to obtain any of these ranking positions. You will then be able to evaluate which of these keywords or phrases will give you a good return on your investment.
The Things that You Should Consider
All in all, there are still a lot of factors that you need to keep in mind when you’re evaluating the power of your keywords in generating a good ROI for your business. First, you have to take note of the money that you’re going to invest. It should be less than to how much you will likely make for each click of your targeted customers (or sales). The relationship is also referred to as sales per click ratio. You also need to consider the time that you’re going to allocate for your campaign. Will 3 months be enough to recover the advertising costs and declare some profits?
Of course, you also need to remember that despite of the formulas that you may use in PPC, this doesn’t mean that the figures are always exact. Your actual position in search engines will absolutely matter. Nevertheless, the good thing is you have at least an idea on how much you can earn from PPC.
Look for the Best PPC Engines
Your PPC campaign may also mean looking for the most ideal PPC engine. There are definitely several of them that you can choose from. However, it’s very important that you will take note of their features. They should give you the ability to test your keywords as well as monitor the performance of your keywords. Most of all, you should be able to count on excellent customer support.

10 Great things NOT to do with Google AdSense
There is no question that you can make some good money with Google AdSense, but you’re setting yourself up for disaster if you make any of these Top 10 mistakes!
1. Do not use fake information when opening your Google AdSense account.
Google says that’s a no-no and they will cut your account off and keep all the money you may have earned. Besides, trying to hide your true identity can cause serious problems with the I.R.S. or whoever your tax authority is.
2. Do not hack or modify Google AdSense code other than to change the parameters that Google authorizes you to change.
Any attempt to bypass Google’s built-in algorithms not only poses a danger to the integrity of the network, but it threatens the financial model that Google operates under. You’re not dealing with some Mom-and-Pop company here, and Google has the legal muscle and deep enough pockets to drag you through every court in the land if you damage their business with your hacking antics.
3. Keep AdSense ads off of your registration, confirmation, and all "thank you" pages.
Don’t ask me why you can’t put your ads there. It makes sense to me that those would be wonderful locations. Google thinks otherwise, however, and doing so is a hanging offense according to their Terms of Service.
4. Do not display AdSense ads and a competitor's ads (like Overture's) on the same page at the same time.
That just makes plain good sense. Google doesn’t demand 100% SITE loyalty from you, but they do insist that their own ads not be cluttered up by offerings from their competitors.
5. Don't "beg for clicks" or provide any incentive for clicking on your Google AdSense ads.
This is a biggie and you see this rule violated all the time. Any of the “get paid to do stuff” sites that put Google ads in the member’s control panels are walking the plank and they don’t even realize it. Even those sites with the polite little messages asking you to “help keep my site running by clicking on our sponsor’s ads” are asking to be cut off if those happen to be Google ads.
6. Never click on the ads running on your own site, even if you are genuinely interested in the product or service and are thinking of buying it!
Nothing screams FRAUD louder than a webmaster running up his or her own click counts by happily clicking on ads from their own site. The Google Gods can track this activity and it won’t be long until you find yourself getting a goodbye note from their fraud team.
7. No misleading labeling
Google is very specific about what text can be placed around their ads. Their Terms of Service state: “Publishers may not label the ads with text other than ‘sponsored links’ or ‘advertisements.’ This includes any text directly above our ads that could be confused with, or attempt to be associated with Google ads.”
This is to keep visitors from becoming confused and barking up Google’s tree when they clicked on an ad that led to a porn site instead of the recipe site they were expecting to visit.
8. Avoid keyword spamming and other divisive tricks
You may be tempted to buy one of those “generates thousands of key-word rich pages in seconds” programs that are so popular these days but I’ll tell you this: Their days are numbered. Google is wise to such shenanigans and they will be hot on your trail. Other prohibited gimmicks include:
• “Sneaky” page redirects that send a visitor off to a different site then they were expecting to visit.
• Multiple sites, domains, pages, etc. which have substantially duplicate content.
• Hidden text or links of any type.
• Excessive outbound links on any page. Google recommends no more than 100. I’d keep it way below that.
• And here is a nugget of wisdom straight from Google’s mouth: “Do not participate in link schemes designed to increase your site's ranking or Page Rank. In particular, avoid links to web spammers or "bad neighborhoods" on the web as your website may be affected adversely by those links.
9. Don’t advertise anything on Google’s prohibited items list.
It’s a lot shorter lists than PayPal’s or eBay’s, but it includes a lot of the same stuff like hacking/cracking content, porn, illegal drugs, gambling sites, beer or hard alcohol (I guess wine is OK), weapons, and the other usual stuff.
10. And the 10th dumbest thing NOT to do with Google AdSense is to let the other nine things stop you from running an honest site that’s designed to make the most out of this very profitable opportunity that Google offers!

Make Money With A Website Without Selling
Using a website to make money online has become one of the most popular ways nowadays. There are several ways you can make money with website:
a) Sell your own products and services.
b) Sell other people’s stuff (affiliate program).
c) Place Google ads on your website and earn whenever someone clicks a Google ad.
The first and second ways take a lot of time and require experience and knowledge of Internet marketing. The third option is much easier and quicker to make money online. To place Google ads on your website you need to first join Google AdSense program. You don’t need a professional look or fantastic site to sign up with Google AdSense program. A clean and simple site will be good enough.
The content of your website can be any topic as long as it does not violate Google policies. You can read more about Google policies at https://www.google.com/adsense/policies. You can write a topic or subject that is related to your experience, area of expertise, interest or background. If you are an expert at something you can make your content valuable and useful to others by providing advice and educational resources. If your interest and hobby are sport cars, you may introduce the latest models of sport cars and discuss some of the best tools for building the sports cars.
If you have no idea of what topic to write or have no interest at all in writing something, you still can own a money making AdSense site. Your solution is create a website solely to publish articles written by different authors. Just choose one topic or more and put several relevant articles for each topic and place your Google ads on each article page.
Build an AdSense site with minimum cost
Hiring a professional to build a site is expensive. Finding a freelancer to create a website will be much cheaper. However employing a freelancer is still not the most effective way to minimize your cost. The best way to minimize cost is use free website builder to create website. There are several free website builders allow users to build website without experience and technical knowledge. You can find these easy site builders by performing a search from the major search engines like Google and Yahoo. With site builder you can have a website or more absolutely free. You only pay for the domain name and website hosting.
Once you get your website launched. You’ll need to figure out how to drive visitors to your website. Your website will not generate income if no one visits your site. There are several ways to get targeted visitors/traffic to your site fast.
Pay-per-click (PPC) programs
Pay-per-click (PPC) programs allow you to bid for top-ranking positions on the keywords you have selected. When a visitor searches the keyword(s) you bid on and then click through to your site, you pay the amount you bid. The two most popular PPC programs are Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing. However it is costly to advertise on this two PPC search engines and probably you will face the problem of your AdSense earning can’t cover the advertising cost. Fortunately, there are other alternatives such as Bidvertiser.com, Adbrite.com, Findology.com and so on. I recommend you advertise with Bidvertiser.com and Adbrite.com at the beginning as they are much cheaper to advertise with compare to Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing. Bidvertiser.com and Adbrite.com are not search engine. When you sign up to advertise with them, they will distribute your contextual ads to the categories and websites within their network of your choice. You have no doubt will advertise on those categories and high traffic sites related to you website. You should also consider select those unrelated categories as well because these categories could send you targeted visitors and increase your AdSense revenue. Don’t set your bid too high. Just anyway from 6 cents to 9 cents should be good enough to drive hundreds of targeted visitors to your site within few days. As long as the daily AdSense earning greater than the daily advertising cost, you can continue your ad campaigns.
RSS advertising
RSS advertising is a free away to gain more exposure for your website. By creating an RSS file and submitting it to those RSS directories and search engines, the links to the content in your website will appear in front of those who read information using RSS readers or news aggregators and as a result driving targeted visitors to your website. Need more explanations? You can go to Google and enter the search term ‘make an RSS feed’. You will find detailed explanations of RSS and step-by step instructions on how to create an RSS file to increase your website traffic. Be patient, it will take you several days to learn and understand RSS. Some RSS sites also show an easy option to make RSS file without knowledge of HTML code by using free software tools.
Give away free content
Another free way to increase your website traffic is write articles and submit them to free content websites. Your articles can drive thousands of visitors to your site within weeks if your content is impressive.
There are other effective ways to increase traffic for your website. You can find a ton of free information and resources about website marketing and promotion from search engines. The more traffic you can drive to your website the higher your AdSense earning will be.

The Basics On How To Start Making Money With Adsense
Adsense is considered as one of the most powerful tool in a website publisher’s arsenal. It enables a person to monetize their sites easily. If used properly, it can generate a very large and healthy income for them. However if you are not using them rightly and just maximizing the income you squeeze from it, you are actually leaving a lot of money on the table. Something all people hate doing.
How you can start earning money with Adsense can be done easily and quickly. You will be amazed at the results you will be getting in such a short period of time.
Start by writing some quality content articles which are also keyword incorporated. There are a lot of people given the gift of being good with words. Writing comes easy for them. Why not make it work in such a way that you will be earning some extra cash in the process.
There are actually three steps to put into mind before you begin writing your ads and having an effective Adsense.
Keyword search. Find some popular subjects, keywords or phrase. Select the ones which you think has more people clicking through. This is actually a keyword selector and suggestion tool that some sites are offering to those who are just their Adsense business.
Writing articles. Start writing original content with keywords from the topics that you have achieved in your search. Take note that search engines are taking pride in the quality of their articles and what you will be writing should keep up with their demands.
Quality content site. Build a quality content site incorporated with Adsense ads that is targeting the subject and keywords of your articles and websites. This is where all that you’ve done initially will go to and this is also where they will prove their worth to you.
The proper positioning of your ads should be done with care. Try to position your ads where surfers are most likely to click on them. According to research, the one place that surfers look first when they visit a certain site is the top left. The reason behind this is not known. Maybe it is because some of the most useful search engine results are at the top of all other rankings. So visitors tend to look in that same place when browsing through other sites.
Some of those who are just starting at this business may think they are doing pretty well already and thinking that their clickthrough rates and CPM figures are quite healthy. However, there are more techniques and styles to generate more clicks to double your earnings. By knowing these techniques and working them to your advantage, you will realize that you will be getting three times more than other people who have been previously doing what they are doing.
Finally, Adsense has some excellent tracking statistics that allows webmasters and publishers to track their results across a number of site on a site by site, page by page, or any other basis you wanted. You should be aware oft his capability and make the most of it because it is one powerful tool that will help you find out which ads are performing best. This way, you can fine tune your Adsense ads and focus more on the ones being visited the most rather than those who are being ignored.
Another thing you should know. Banners and skyscrapers are dead. Ask the experts. So better forget about banners and skyscrapers. Surfers universally ignore these kinds of ad formats. The reason behind this is that they are recognized as an advert and advert are rarely of any interest that’s why people ignore them.
To really start making money with Adsense, you should have a definite focus on what you wanted to achieve and how you will go about achieving them. As with any other kind of business ventures, time is needed coupled with patience.
Do not just ignore your site and your Adsense once you have finished accomplishing them. Spare some time, even an hour, making adjustments to the Adsense ads on your sites to quickly trigger your Adsense income.
Give it a try and you would not regret having gotten into Adsense in the first place.

Earn More Money from Your Adsense Website
So you’ve decided to use Adsense to help you make money online. You’re in good company – there are thousands of people around the world that earn a substantial income from Adsense ads, and some that are even able to make a full time living with Adsense. One of the things that separates website owners who make a little money, and website owners who make a lot of money, is the Adsense ad placement within their web pages.
It might not seem important to you to consider Adsense ad placement – after all, when people visit your website, they will naturally see the ads, right? Unfortunately, in the vast majority of cases, this is not true. Where you place your ads on your web page is just as important as the content of the page itself. Here are a couple of ways to make sure your Adsense ad placement helps make sure you earn as much as possible.
One thing that you should do when considering your Adsense ad placement is to avoid putting the ads in a horizontal block along the top of the page, if possible. Placing your ads here usually ensures that the Adsense ads won’t get noticed.
Why? Well, think about how many web pages you have visited that display banner ads at the top of the page. How often do you even look at these banners, let alone click on them? If you’re like most people, probably not very often. We have become so accustomed to seeing these ads at the top of web pages that we don’t even notice them.
The same is true with this Adsense ad placement. People will typically skip over your ads and go directly to your page content.
Another thing you should consider when determining Adsense ad placement is to try to integrate the ads into your content. If you place the ads between paragraphs, or place a block of ads to the right of a section of text, they will be visible to your viewers.
They will also seem more relevant to your content, so people will be more likely to click on the ads.
Let’s say you are writing a web page about how to pair wines with certain foods. In one paragraph, you list several dishes that go well with Riesling wine. If you place a block of ads after that paragraph, the ads will most likely link to websites where visitors can buy fine Riesling wines.
This Adsense ad placement could work very well for you, because after your reader learns how to pair Riesling wine with food, the next question in the reader’s mind will likely be, “Where do I find a good Riesling wine?”
The Adsense ads that follow the paragraph give your reader an immediate answer. This will result in more clicks, and more money in your pocket.

Simple Ways To Make Money Online
Are you one of those people who try and try but some how can’t seem to make any money online? If you are keep reading.
I decided to go on a quest to find out how some of the Internet Marketing Gurus made there first buck. I mean they were not born with this gift; they had to have started out somewhere.
I asked the question “What was the first thing you did to consistently produce a profit Online?” These were some of the answers I got.
I would not call myself a Guru per say , but the first thing I did on the Internet - and still doing, actually - is being a ghostwriter and write articles. It may not be the most profitable thing you can do on the Internet, but it's easy to get started (that is as long as you have some research and writing skills). I also wrote and sold a public speaking course using a basic model.
My first income came by selling my affiliate products on my site. It didn't make much money at first though, but after I learned about Pre-selling strategies and started my own newsletter, I started to see some results. I made real money when I started working on building a list and building relationships with my subscribers. After that, I tailor made several products based on what I found my subscribers were interested in. As you can guess, when you have a great list and a product that your subscribers want, success will just come.
The first money I made on the web was in graphic designing. I had the option to continue with it but decided I wanted to concentrate more on Affiliate Marketing and others Ventures. I also tried adsense for a couple months, did not make much money with it only a couple of dollars a day, got a bit frustrated with it and then got back into Affiliate Marketing. And now, I sell my own products and still do affiliate marketing.
I remember my first profits like they where yesterday... It was from a sale of one of my affiliate programs. My Commission was $25.46 and came through to my bank account thru paypal. It took me almost 1 year to make that first sale...mainly that long because I never focused on my strengths and always jumped around looking for the "overnight get rich quick secret". Things have changed a lot since then, and very soon I will be 100% independent from a day job thanks to Internet Marketing. Remember what ever you get into will always take time and effort.
Well, it took me some time to turnaround that first profit, not to mention a decent amount of hard work. I tried just about everything that an Internet Marketer can think of...well almost everything. First thing I did was write an e-book to sell. I'm still a huge fan of selling information to this day, I also sold Action figures on eBay and thought: “great this is a nice way to make money”, what else can I do? Then I got into affiliate marketing and that has paid well.
These were just some of the comments I got. Personally In my experience, what I found was that my failure or success had nothing to do with whether or not the method actually worked, but whether I belonged in what I was promoting. Some of us will never be good in some areas so don’t be afraid to move around and try different things until you find what works for you. Remember to be successful in anything it takes time and effort so be patient and work hard and you will get results.
Oh I made my first profit in Google Adsence and still making money with it and now I am into Affiliate Marketing.

Making Money From Keywords Through Adsense
Although it is not that difficult to get started in Adsense and have your site producing revenue while you sleep, it is much more difficult to make this venture actually payoff. The trick to becoming successful in gaining a number of hits on your site it through the proper use of keywords. When used correctly, keywords will bring browsers to your site quickly and often. So how do you develop the power of your keywords? Here are a few tricks!
Keep It Simple
If you want to generate hits on your Adsense link, it is best to keep your site uncluttered and focused on the keywords. An abundance of text will only make viewers go elsewhere and will cause the keywords to get lost in the shuffle. Keeping it simple also applies to the design of the page. This means keeping the “flash” of a site to a minimum. The easier the keywords are to locate without needless distraction, the more likely you are to have successful hits.
Be Specific
Nothing can kill the possibility for successful hits quicker than too many keywords on one page. It is important to be very specific and to keep your keywords grouped together on themed pages. This will ensure a large amount of hits on pages that interest the browser.
Diversify Your Site
Even though you should try to be specific on the individual pages, it could greatly increase the productivity of your site to have multiple pages that are very heavy in keywords. These keywords could be as different as you want them to be. Indeed, some webmasters actually make their pages as different as possible in order to attract several types of users that will search using a variety of keywords.
Get The Most Out of Search Engines
One of the most effective ways to make sure you get the most out of keywords and Adsense is to understand how search engines actually work. Often times, search engines will pick up key words that are a part of a file name or within the first few words of a document. By placing keywords in these places and ensuring that they are prominent, you will be greatly increasing the chances of a large number of hits on your site.
Know What Keywords Sell
Before you try to gain some income through Adsense, it might be important for you know exactly what words are the hottest key words on the internet. Tope search engines will most often give you this information for free and many even have it posted. By tailoring your keywords, you can cash in on the productivity and trends of others in order to make sure that you do not fall behind and that you generate plenty of hits on your site. It is only through a volume of hits that Adsense is able to create any payoff. By knowing the kewords that will generate enough views to make your site worthwhile, you will be in a better position to generate income from the hits.
Check Out Your Own Site
This is a great way to find out how easily it is for viewers to find your site. Type in the keywords of your site and see how easy it is to “stumble” across your own site. By doing a little research, it will enable you to find out exactly how your site will appear to the casual viewer. This will help you to tweak the site to become more readily noticed.

Want To Learn How To Make Money Online?
So you want to make money online, huh? Well there’s a virtual sea of information awaiting you, if this is a direction you wish to head. I suggest to you from experience, there’s a serious learning curve ahead of you. There are so many different ways to make money online, that it can literally confuse you and drive you crazy!
Best advice is to get with someone (or system), which has been proven to be a success. Whether you’re just getting started or have already been earning money online, there’s no sense in “reinventing the wheel” (so to speak), just look for the right elements that will help you to make money online.
In my opinion, the easiest way to make money online with very little (if any) money out of pocket is through using Google’s AdSense. Why? One thing is, you can set up an AdSense account with Google at no cost to you. Second is, you can also take advantage of Google’s Blogger, which is also free. Put the two together by placing Google Ads on your Blog and you have created a way to make money online. It’s a fairly simple process but will take some time in learning how to set it up. I’d say on a scale of 1 to 10 for difficulty (with 10 being the toughest), it’s about a 3 for a person with general computer skills. Of course everyone varies with how well they comprehend a set of instructions but I believe using Google Ads along with Blogger to be the simplest to create for no money out of pocket.
Truthfully speaking (or writing), you won’t see a great deal of money just by throwing a Blog online and serving ads. You will need to put some thought into the actual copy that you are writing about on your Blog. The ads you receive from Google will be related to your Blogging subject and how you write about the information you choose to share with everyone. Quality content will tend to get you better quality ads (better paying but no guarantee) and in turn may cause your Blog to rise in search engine popularity. Optimizing your Blog for search engine friendliness is a plus and will increase your chances to make money online easier.
My experience has been to “keep it simple”. In order to make money online, if you begin to write or ramble on about matters using unrelated information to your subject, you can anticipate getting “generic” ads and/or service ads that don’t pay. So refrain from doing no nonsense type blogging. By keeping your sentences to the point and using keyword popular wording (takes a bit of research), you will get more favorable ads.
You will then want to list your blogging domain with the search engines, don’t wait for them to find you. The easiest one to register with in my opinion is MSN. Go there and type in your blogs name.
Example, if your blog is about Laser Engraving and your blog is named Laser Engraving (key point here), then type in the letters “laser engraving” in the MSN search bar along with the remaining part of your URL “blogspot.com”. If this is your first visit and first blog creation, it won’t be found and you will then be given the opportunity to submit the URL address yourself. Do it and you should see your blog listed within a day or two (at least that’s been my experience) and you will want to continue to ad to your blog or a regular basis that fits your schedule.

The Rebirth Of Adsense?
First lets put the myth to bed Adsense was never dead or even seriously ill. It was just that advertisers were not happy with the returns they were getting from the content network. Many stopped advertising and the revenue dropped for publishers. This was partly due to poor quality sites and click fraud. I used to have hundreds of Adsense sites but I've got rid of almost all of them now and started to create very high quality sites that are designed to make over $10 per day.
So why I am starting to focus on Adsense again?
Very recently Google have made changes to the clickable parts of the ads. Whereas before the complete ad was clickable now just the URL and the title are able to be clicked. If you have sites where you blend the ads into your content in the hope of accidental clicks you will have found a big drop in your income.
I believe that Google's long term plan has been to make the content network a much better place for advertisers to place their ads. These changes to the ads will ensure that there are fewer accidental clicks so advertisers will make more profits from the ads. Greater profits mean more adverts.
Over the next few months I believe that the amount per click for Adsense will rise as smart pricing starts to take a back seat. Quality sites with quality content will be rewarded with more advertisers vying to place ads on sites and therefore higher clicks.
If you have an Adwords account you'll have noticed that many of the recent changes have been targeted at getting people to advertise on the content network. The more that do the better it will be for quality publishers.
To take advantage of this coming upsurge in Adsense you should start to build good quality sites with unique content. Start with finding niches that have lots of competing advertisers and good traffic. Then find a good quality domain name with no hyphens and make sure it's a dot com.
Using free tools like The Google Adwords External tool and Wordtrackers Gtrends Tool and bulk domain availability checkers you should be able to find some great niches and Domain names. These niches will have traffic from the time you build them which will give you a head start.
You next need to create content for both the site and to distribute to generate traffic. I am not going to pretend that it's easy but by spending time on each site and making sure that you build the traffic up you can soon start to generate a decent income from each site. Set yourself a target figure for each site that can either be visitors per day or daily income and focus until you reach it.
Don't be tempted to place lots of ad blocks on your page. This will only have the effect of reducing your income. Google displays the highest paying ads first down to the lowest. so you may have a $2.50 ad and also 3 $0.05 showing. But by just having 1 ad block displayed in the right place you ensure that the highest paying ads are displayed.
If all this sounds like too much work for $10 a day then you are missing one important fact. Good quality AdSense sites have a high resale value. Usually 6 to 10 times the monthly income. After a few months it is possible that you will have a site that you can sell for over $1000 dollars. Consider creating sites with the sole intention of selling them along with ones you intend keeping.
Adsense is most certainly not dead in fact I believe it's about to make the finest comeback since Lazarus!

Adsense Reborn?
Many people have said that AdSense was dead, I personally disagreed with this although I have severely cut back on the number of AdSense site I have. Less than 18 months ago I had in excess of 1.5 million pages indexed all with AdSense on them. I was earning almost $5000 per month. Now I have less than 20 sites. This was partly because my income per 1000 clicks from Clickbank is 20 times more than I get for AdSense clicks.
So why I am starting to focus on AdSense again?
In the past few days Google AdSense have changed the clickable area of the ads, you will now find that just the title and the URL are clickable and the background and description aren't. This will have a negative effect on your CTR if you have your ads blended into your site as you'll get far fewer accidental clicks.
On the other hand this might mean that more advertisers will feel that the content network is now a better place to advertise. I am sure that this is what Google are thinking and that over the next few months the revenue from ads will go up. Google wouldn't introduce something that was going to make a long term dent in their profits.

Restrict the number of ads on the page, Google will display the highest value ads first If you are displaying 12 ads on the page the first may pay $1.50 but the last might be paying 10cents. By restricting the ads to 1 set of 4 you will be certain of getting paid the highest possible amount.
One thing that most people fail to take into account about AdSense sites are their value when sold. A site earning $200 per month will be sold for between $1500 and $2000 depending on the amount of traffic. If the site is poorly monetized then the new owner may even pay more if the amount of traffic is high.

Google Adsense Policies
Google Adsense is a program that allows businesses to advertise on other websites. They business only pays the host website when a consumer clicks on the link to take them to their website. This is a very effective way of advertising because of the millions of people who access the internet every day. It is also a low cost marketing method that businesses of all sizes can benefit from. Websites are eager to host advertisements for other businesses because it doesn’t cost them anything and they earn money for doing it when consumers choose to follow the link from a particular advertisement.
If you are interested in using Google Adsense to advertise then you need to make sure you are aware of their policies. This will make the process smoother for you and eliminate any misunderstandings down the road. This can be a great money maker or advertising tool, but only when it is used correctly.
There is no long term contract with Google Adsense. You can choose to leave the program at any time. You will need to provide written notice by mail or email to Google. All ads will be removed from your website within ten days. They also have the right to discontinue your business from the program at any time for not following their policies. You do have the right to file an appeal if your account is canceled. This gives you the opportunity to discuss the situation with a Google Adsense representative.
You must be approved by Google Adsense before you are allowed to be a part of the program either as a host site for advertisements or to post your ads. The owner of the website must be at least 18 years of age. The approval process involves an application that you complete with information on your website including keywords. You will have a response to your application within two days. Make sure it is completed entirely or your application will be denied.
All communications must take place with Google. This means if you have concerns or issues about an advertisement your business has on a website or about an ad you are hosting on your website everything goes through Google. The two businesses are not to discuss the issue between each other. Google does not guarantee a set amount of clicks or earnings for a host website. It also doesn’t guarantee any increase in traffic or sales for a business.
Google Adsense has the right to use the name of businesses participating in the program for presentations, marketing, and financial reports. Users of Google Adsense are required to pay for the amount of pay per clicks their ads received as outlined. Adsense accounts are non-transferable under any circumstances. They can’t be resold to another provider. A maximum of three ads per webpage can be displayed. Advertisements can’t be placed on webpages that don’t contain content for your website. A webpage can’t be used for the sole purpose of displaying ads to make money.
Click fraud is not acceptable at all by Google Adsense. It damages the reputation of the program and costs the advertisers a great deal of money. Any website hosting advertisements that is believed to be involved in Click Fraud will be banned from using the program. If you chose to use Google Adsense to advertise your business, protect it from Click fraud by purchasing Click Fraud software.
Google Adsense is a great opportunity for businesses to advertise their products and services on various websites and pay only for the number of consumers who click on the link to go to that businesses website. It is also a great way for a business to make money by hosting advertisements for other businesses. Understanding the policies of Google Adsense will help you determine if the program is right for you. It also helps the program work properly for all those involved in it.
Terry Detty, 42 years old, finds internet marketing his passion. In addition to marketing he enjoys reading, and occasionally gets out for a short walk.
Internet advertising with web directory submissions or web directory advertising services increase web traffic.

Adsense Tips - Basic Idea To Increase Adsense Profits
Before you start making money from Adsense, there are a few basics idea that you need to know and apply them so that your Adsense CTR will increase (if you're new in Adsense, then you might read about Adsense Terminology here). These are no big secrets, they are just some free tips that you will need in order to boost your Adsense revenue. So don't get fooled and pay for these tips here.
1. Use large rectangle block for your Adsense ads in your website or blog. This large rectangle block ads has been proven to be the most effective type of ads and generate the most CTR. Therefore if you're not using this then you're not maximizing your Adsense profits.
2. Blend your Adsense ads layout and colour to match with your website or blogs background colour. Use the same colour for both your website template and ads. This is to avoid your ads for being too attractive in your site, so that 'ads blind' visitors may click on them.
3. As for your Adsense ads link title, you can change the colour to be the same with your post title. Make it looks like it is one of your posts. You can use blue colour for your ads link title too, this is because blue colour indicates link in most websites.
4. Don't put all of your eggs in a single basket. This also means that the more websites or blogs you have, the better. If you want to concentrate just in a single website or blog, it will be fine, but you will need huge amount of traffic to generate big money for Adsense. For example, you can have a site that generate $25, or do you want to have 10 sites that generate $5 each site. Sometimes quantity does plays an important role.
5. There is no need for you to write your own original content, you can use other people's content which are ranked high in search engines. However, you must do this correctly or else you'll get banned by search engines.
These are just a few basic tips that you need to know. These basic ideas definitely will help your increase your Adsense profit, but they will not separate you from others, they will only help you start you to get started. These are no secrets, so spend on the information that everyone had known.
