There are few hundreds of online market research and survey companies advertised their website on the Internet. It cost nothing to join these paid survey sites and once you became their member, you’ll receive emails inviting you to participate in an online survey that offers cash or gift as a thank for your participation.
Paid survey companies are just like everything else in life, there are the good and the bad.
The “good” survey companies and sites are those that actually pay you a small amount of money ($2-$5) or offer gifts every time you completed a paid survey, never sell your personal information to others, don't send you numerous sale e-mails that have nothing to do with paid survey, and let you know exactly how much you’ll earn for each survey you are participating. Joining the good survey companies and sites are a good way to bring in a few extra bucks from the comfort of your home. They are usually reliable and reputable marketing research and survey companies. Their website will provide detailed information about the company background and operations; and paid survey earning incentives.
The “bad” online survey companies are those that offer cash for taking survey, but send you so much marketing and spam e-mails to your inbox that you have to spending some time every day just to delete all of it. The "bad" survey companies can say to be legitimate as they do keep their promise of paying cash once your earning have reached minimum payout. But they will continuously trying to get you to visit the websites of their marketing partners, where you will be pressured into signing up to learn more about affordable health insurance. If they see that you show a little sign of interest, you might be getting at least three calls a week from various telephone representatives asking you to take their offers.
However, there is a good news about these "bad" survey companies. There usually have an affiliate program you can sign up so that you can make money online by referring others to become a member the site. But you may be under pressure to refer people to join these survey companies as they are bad. These companies may annoy those members referred by you because they will keep on sending sale offers to members.
You will need to join as many survey sites as possible in order to earn a nice extra money monthly. So if you have joined the “good” sites, you’ll have nothing to worry about but be careful with the “bad” sites if you are a member of them.
