Web video marketing is a relatively new online marketing technique that can drive a steady stream of traffic to your website at low cost. Although it is currently a hot topic, but still not many people are using it for generating traffic and revenue. This will mean you are more than likely to be successful in video marketing because the competition is currently less as compared to the traditional website search engines rankings.

The process of video marketing is first you create an informative web video related to your website topic, then edit the video for better effect and finally upload it to Youtube and other large videos sharing sites. Now consider that a PowerSeller status is only reached by making at least $1,000 worth of sales in a month. There are different levels of PowerSeller status ranging $1,000 of sales up to $150,000 in sales each month. The $150,000 marker is known as Titanium Powerseller. With so many PowerSellers and so many new "wannabe making a fortune" people jumping into eBay everyday, how likely is it to succeed? Well, a lot of it is the approach you take to your new business. Let me explain.

If you go into this business thinking your going to be making $20-$100 on every item you sell, you are sadly mistaken. This is definitely a numbers game, where the more you sell, the more you will make, but you will have to sell a lot of items to be making thousands a month. Many Powersellers open up an eBay store and their own store online outside of eBay. This is probably the most common problem for anyone going into this business, and true enough, this is why most people fail. They start out with selling stuff they have around the house to start with a little profit, then they start googling for free dropshipping services or wholesale products. While in some cases this works, in many cases it doesn't work out for the seller. The main reason for this is as follows: Everyone else has access to these same suppliers across the internet. The best advice I can give to anyone going into an eBay business is to tighten your niche. Sell one type of product with different variations and then some accessories that you can cross sell and promote. The only other advice, and the best there is if you can do it, is find a local business that you can partner with. Not Best Buy or some other big store, but the mom and pop shops that are local in your area that are looking to expand or will give you a deal if you sell more of their products. This is difficult, but if you get a deal with one of these shops, this is what makes unemployed people into powersellers overnight.

Work Online Full Time And Quit Your Job

Every few months, I get an email asking me if I think they should quit their job and pursue their Internet business full time. Even if I knew the person well, I would never tell someone to quit a full time job to work online. If their Internet business fell apart I would feel horrible. Quitting your job and working online is a personal choice.
Most people are well served by keeping their full time job and working their Internet business part time. Commit two or three hours each night and eight hours on weekends. If you find that timetable too difficult, maybe you should rethink your plans for a full time online business. Most successful Internet marketers I know worked twelve to fourteen hour days online when they first started out. If you can’t commit that kind of time, you should probably keep your current job.

As your online income grows, then you can give serious thought to making a job change. Consider outsourcing some of the work that needs to be done. But don’t spend more than half of your monthly profits on an outsourcing program. You always want to make sure that you making a profit. Don’t go into the red by any significant amount to finance your online business. If the business is truly a good one, your income will continue to grow over time. And do me a favor, don’t ask you Internet Marketing Coach or an Internet friend if he thinks that you should quit your job and work full time online. If he says yes, he is probably lying, if he says no, he’s probably hedging. If he says nothing, he is giving you the best advice possible.
