However, it's also often forgotten that each ad is worth a certain amount of money and only pays you a certain amount for each click. You want to get ads to your site that will entice your visitors to click on them and which will earn you the most income. This is why you need to pay particular attention to how your website is indexed and the keywords you have.

Your web design or blog template doesn't suit for AdSense
From my two years experience in AdSense, I found that the design of your website or blog has a lot to do with your AdSense performance. A poor designed website will of course make your AdSense performance bad, but, even with a advanced high tech website, AdSense probably still wouldn't work on it because it look too good, making the visitors don't want to leave the site.

Let's start with the layout of your website, both two column and three column layouts can be used for AdSense. But for good performance, if you are using two columns, the sidebar should be on the left and the content section on the right. If you are using three column, the traditional three column are still the best which is both the left and and right columns are a sidebar and the middle column between the left and right is for content.

Your site must have a header with a compelling logo included if possible. The look and feel of your site need to be professional, clean and neat. Adding some beautiful images and photos can make thing even better, but too many can draw your visitors’ attention away from your Adsense ads. For the navigation section the sidebar of your site, I would suggest you not using buttons; instead you should use simple text links for your navigation area. Make the color of your navigation links match your website.

Your site is displaying low content relevant Google ads frequently
This is one of the possible reasons as the AdSense ads that attract your visitors are those ads that are highly relevant to your content. One easiest way to get a quick understanding on the ad relevancy of your content pages is by visiting your site yourself. Browse every web page to see what ads show up in your AdSense units. If you still quite a number of low relevant ads show up, this might be one of the reasons pulling your AdSense revenue down.

You can then record down the urls of all the low relevant ads and use the Google AdSense Filter tool to stop these ads appear on your content pages.

Another way to find these low relevant ads is by using an AdSense preview tool. What the tool can do for you is it can give a list of AdSense ads that will potentially appear on each single web page. All you need to do is entering the main keyword or urls of each of your pages into the tool. From the AdSense ads list you generated, you may find some low relevant ads that you can filter out.

Other possible reasons for poor AdSense performance

Place one AdSense link ad unit on the navigation section of each of your web pages, match it well with your navigation links and you will earn extra revenue from the AdSense link ads.

However, when it comes to optimizing Google AdSense ads, most of the web publishers and bloggers apply the similar techniques. They have learned and realized that the best location for displaying AdSense ads on their site or blog is probably within the content area. So, they went ahead and placed their AdSense ad units into their content area.

But the result is, no everyone enjoy high click through rate with the similar AdSense optimization technique. Those who have got nice click through rates and made a good AdSense income, congratulation to you! But, for those publishers who still get a poor AdSense performance after implementing the same technique, what is the reason?

Below are a few of the possible reasons why your AdSense site or blog doesn't performance as you expected.

You don't actually get real targeted traffic
When you have generated a lot of traffic to your site but still make tiny little money from AdSense, you will need to look into your traffic. Review your traffic stat to find out where most of your traffic come from. The competitors want to know what you are up to and the friendly web publishers want to see the design of your site, your content or make friend with you. These types of visitors seldom convert into AdSense revenue. So, you might need to change your web promotion plan if you face these situations.

However, if you are one of the leading experts in a particular niche, then social bookmarking and forum traffic may be excellent to you. Those web publishers of your niche who directed from social media sites and forums to your site will choose to listen to you than turning themselves to be your competitors because your voice has strong influence in the niche. But, in this case, AdSense still doesn’t work. The best way to make money is to offer them your quality product or service.

Yes, I have been busy as a bee all week long, in fact every week for months now. Sometimes I work through the night. I keep myself awake with 'No Fear' and other energy drinks.

To become successful online, you have to really work your way up. There is no such thing, as getting rich over night.

But it is fun and rewarding. Setting up blogs and reviewing products is really a fun thing to do. I also wrote my articles in between. I'm still writing at least 3 articles a day, trying to get up to at least 4-5 articles per day. I do my marketing mainly with writing articles.

There is no such thing as an easy and fast way to success in the Internet marketing or ‘making money online’ business. The competition is not sleeping!

There are a lot of good ebooks and programs out there, but none of them are telling you all of what you need to know, in order to become successful online. You still have to review them and work your way through all the information they provide. Because the truth is, nobody of the 'biggis' will give you all of it in one product.

You have to find all the pieces and put them together yourself. Each of the programs and ebooks, or reports will have something valuable in them. You got to find the missing pieces to your own success, yourself.

This is not said to discourage you. No, not at all! I just want you to be careful in what you are buying. You need to know exactly what you need next, and then search for it.

And don't be disappointed, if you don't get any money coming in after a couple of month. You can, there is no doubt about it. But in general, it will take a little longer to get some real money coming in every single month.

You have to be patient. Be consistent. Go for it, no matter how long it will take you. Don't give up! Be no quitter! Money will come as sure as the sun goes up every morning.

There just are some things you need to learn. You need to learn how to do certain things. Like setting up autoresponders, create websites, find out what kind of marketing you like the most, and so on.

I have been blogging for more than 2 years and recently started to feel bored and tire on blogging. I have worked lesser for this blog for the past few weeks and hope that both my traffic and income can be maintained. But thing doesn't go as I wish. If thing continues to go well, I will make far more than blogging. But, because I still in the testing stage, so I didn't want to reveal it here yet.

On the other hand, it is not easy to make money blogging on long term. Once you have built up consistent traffic for a blog, you must continue to publish new blog posts regularly. This is to ensure your traffic can grow from time to time. If you publish lesser blog posts every week, you will find your traffic keep on failing. So, you have to keep your content publication frequency in order to survive in blogging for long term. You must be willing to do research to get content ideas and write for your blog regularly. When it comes to making free money online the internet can be a scary place. There are plenty of sites, ads and blogs that promise you free money online but very few actually deliver. In fact most of these free money promises are nothing more than scams to get your money, information or credit card number. However, if you are diligent and discerning there are some legitimate ways to make free money online.

One of the easiest ways to make money online is to sign up for a service sponsored by Amazon.com called "Mechanical Turk." M-Turk is an "articial intelligence" service. That's a fancy way of saying that it's a portal where people come and pay you to post to their forum, fill out a survey or submit to their directory. The only problem I have with M-Turk is that the price per task is usually very low. Most tasks will only pay you about 20 to 30 cents...some much less. If you calculate the

time it takes to complete the task and get paid, you can only earn about 2 to 3 dollars per hour at most. That's not a very high return for your time... but it's better than nothing. The other good thing about Amazon's M-turk is that it's owned and operated by Amazon so you know it's somewhat legitimate and that you are going to get paid.

Another popular way to make free money online is by signing up for a paid survey service like Mindfield.com. These sites are promoted everywhere on the web including Craigslist. These sites promise to pay you for your opinion on new products and services. This is true... but there's a catch. First, they require you to give them all your personal information, which is always a bit concerning. Second, they pay you to test products--but you need to buy the product or subscribe to the service first. For example, last month I signed up for an online postage service. The survey website I signed up through promised to pay me 1 dollar to try the service for free. However, signing up for the postage service was a year commitment at $14.99 a month with the first month for free. They automatically bill your credit card for the second month unless you call to cancel. And yes, you guessed it: I forgot to cancel. Thus, I ended up getting charged $14.99 for something that only paid me $1. On one level it was my fault for not cancelling. But, in this busy world... it's easy to forget to cancel a monthly service like this and find yourself on the line for something you do not want or need. Thus, I recommend that you stay away from "paid survey" sites. They do work if you are diligent in cancelling the services you sign up for. But these sites make their money by banking on people signing up for the service and forgetting to cancel. In my opinion the risk is not worth the reward.

There is a third way to make free money online that we like very much. It involves opening up zero percent credit cards and creating an "arbitrage" situation for yourself. It is not as complicated as it sounds and works every time. But it is too long to go into here but, nonetheless, it does work. I've done it, and the money can be substantial.

So, the answer is yes! There are some legitimate ways to make free money online but you need to be very careful about which method you use. Be careful or you can end up losing more free money than you make online.

Forum marketing is one of the free methods that the Internet marketing experts keep on encouraging people to use for promoting online business and generating web traffic. As it is free, many webmasters and e-entrepreneurs like to use it to market their website and business. In order to use forums effectively to generate traffic for your money making website, several things are required.

Before joining any forum, you must do some homework and research.

1. The forums that you want to Join and use for generating traffic must be relevant to your website topic or your online business. For example, someone involved with an online game product will want to look for game forums to join and participate in the relevant discussions.

2. Choose large traffic forums. Small and unpopular forums have less active members; they wouldn't help you much in generating traffic. For instance, in the largest webmaster forum, forums.Digitalpoint.com, there is a section inside the forum for members to post their ads and offers about link selling and some buyers have gone into a bad deal because of lacking of knowledge and experience in buying links. The experienced webmasters saw these situations and wrote some link buying guide in their site and blog; and then post the links to their guide in that section.
